I wouldn't get all caught up in the websites going down as proof he's bleeding badly. Go by the Patronage and him relatively being stuck in neutral for the past few months. Lloyd is a shrewd businessman and had a knack for getting people to send him money for projects that in NO WAY could be used for personal enrichment and were SOLELY used to bring down WT. Also, Tony Robbins has a tonne of resources available on his website that for a "small fee" can be utilised to help YOU enrich YOURSELF!

As Kim stated, Lloyd had no interest in the website. As for the Reluctant Apostate website, it had already served its purpose and probably wasn't really needed to begin with. He's writing two new books according to his Twitter feed and TRA is old light. Besides, he needs to tell his own sordid story about how he betrayed his wife and he would have gotten away with it had it not been for those meddling kids!

The money is just not there in the websites. When he was on here it was always about the website and pestering people to take that bullshit survey. At some point he realised a better business plan was to get his greasy and bloated face onto YouTube, monetise off that and shame people into joining as Patrons when he claimed YT was demonetising him.

His brand is shit and no one is seriously buying those Tibor shirts. What he should do is create special "Litigation" shirts... Like use a Star Wars font and say "May The Litigation Be With You"

Jabba the Hutt just filed something yesterday.

I swear this guy is so triggered by things said about him on Twitter. He was just talking about suing the Magnificent Seven last week in response to a troll and boom - here’s another submission as if the court already doesn’t know it’s a load of shit.

Which is what make his claim that the WTS "tampered with him" so bizarre - it's not like he ever lived by JW rules.

What he means by this is his juvenile fantasy to bang as many as he could and live the stereotypical hedonistic bachelor lifestyle. He’d have rather written a diary of his sexual escapades of engaging in threesomes and public sex than one about escaping the JWs. He feels that WT’s rules forced him to moderate this into masturbation marathons, cybersexting and visiting prostitutes.

What I noticed in his book was his constant declarations of love for his wife, yet nowhere in there does he explain the why other than two other pioneers wanted her and it became a competition. He doesn’t really speak too much about her personality and what attracted him to her other than her gentle and forgiving nature, always eager to play peacemaker and avoid conflict.

I think he saw a sucker he could manipulate and Lloydsplain all the betrayals away as the actions of a great but flawed man who’s trying his best in the wake of the tragedy of his mum passing. In fact I think he used his mum’s death as a wedge to connect with her regarding the tragic loss of her brother. It’s how manipulators work. Once he got her talking about her brother he immediately switched it to his mum and cue the forced tears.

Later on down the line or possibly when she first caught him he starts into these pity sessions of threatening suicide. The pattern continues until she’s so beat down she doesn’t want to confront him anymore.

What often gets lost in the wash is the passage in his book where he describes Dijana catching a sext on his phone whilst he was out getting the post. He stated that it wasn’t the first time she had caught him doing this. Knowing his penchant for always admitting to lesser crimes, it’s a safe bet he had carried on several online relationships which did not end when he got married. Nor was it just two times his wife caught him. There is something about that final sext she caught which was way worse than the others that she insisted on bringing the elders into it in order to make it stop. He also sounded a bit bitter towards her in involving the elders and preferred to solve the problem between them which he evidently did every time he got caught.

So this behaviour has been going on ever since they were married in 2007. At some point he graduated from cybersexting to prostitutes. He had also mentioned in the book plans to meet one of his online cybersexting partners sometime before his marriage.

As much as many feel inclined to feel pity for Dijana, it’s important to remember that she had been putting up with his unfaithful behaviour for 14 years (2007 - 2021) and happened to have two children with the man in the middle of all this. At what point does she graduate from surprised pioneer sister to full blown enabler?

We are all adults here and have to deal with the fallout from our bad decisions in life. So does she. What she needs to do is something her husband won’t: find a job and care for her family. Many single women raise two small children and due to her poor decision making in allowing a serial philanderer get away with it and having children with the same person, she finds herself in a bad situation.

I don’t know whether Lloyd doesn’t understand or chooses not to see.

As a reader of his book I’ll opine that both can be true at the same time. This is just how the mind of Lloyd Evans works.

I think he genuinely feels stuck in that marriage when his real fantasy was to bang as many as he could, and now he’s trying to make up for lost time.

As he put it in his livestream, he’s trying to deal with his “fucked up situation” and he feels that Dijana’s limitations as a sexual device for him has sexually frustrated him. Whatever happens after that is completely not his fault.

Since he had admitted to 3-4 years of paying for sex, it probably didn’t immediately raise alarm bells regarding Thailand as he had already normalised the practice in his own head.

The reason why he’s so irritated at Kim and everyone else is because he got caught after the fact and he did not realise how bad of a look that was until pointed out to him. In true vintage Lloyd fashion, he’s pushing back on that as hard as he can without ever stopping to reflect on his actions, the Thailand sex trafficking angle and is working non-stop to save what has become his business.

I think he understands it now, and is intentionally choosing not to see.

He was discussing his income when trying to shoo off allegations his Patreon monies were funding his Thai sex holiday. He mentioned Google ad revenue - an obvious allusion to his website.

In the earlier days of JW Survey he had many guest columnists who wrote for free whilst he both collected donations to run the website (which were solicited on the site) and collected Google ad revenue. Eventually he turned JWS over to Covert Fade as chief editor, O’Donnell as a staff writer, and himself as Senior Editor. At the time he expressed his plan that he step away while CF and O’Donnell did the work. No compensation was offered nor was it given. He pocketed the money.

Big mistake. Can’t say for sure but perhaps if he had sweetened the pot for Covert Fade, he might have found a path forward as a paid activist and had not eventually resigned. Same goes for O’Donnell. At some point Mark just stopped contributing and he made a point of saying in his announcement that he never was paid for anything JW Watch related.

He enabled neither of them, pocketed the money and expected them to produce content he could make money off of.

The site was dead long before Kim’s announcement. Since then there has been no effort on his part to either recruit new contributors or start contributing himself.

The hosting fees simply outweighed the money he was pulling in. Wouldn’t surprise me if the site is done for now, with him planning on relaunching it if the numbers for him get better.

Interesting that JW Watch is suspended. I know that he set up JWSurvey with the help of John Hoyle whom he met on this forum. Hoyle hosted and paid for it for many years and I heard something from Jabba the Hutt about him taking hosting over a few years ago. He could have missed a payment, broken his terms of service or simply let it expire. It was a dead site with the last article posted by Mark O’Donnell in the summer of 2021. He also posted his official response to Kim there about retaining legal counsel.

Didn't LE used to publicise his engagements ahead of time so people could meet up with him and so on? I guess the reason he kept this engagement a secret was in case his reputation preceded him and he was excluded from the meeting.

He’s very unpopular in the UK especially amongst the more high profile exJWs. Back in summer he announced he was coming (wording!!!) and only one couple agreed to take a selfie with him.

I also think he’s intentionally avoiding Jill Adams because he doesn’t have anyone willing to store his unsold books for him.

It’s the new normal for him. He has to sneak his way into events for photo-ops. He needs to keep hushed on his plans lest someone catch wind of it and let the hosts know that hooker-boy is coming.
